What is a zero-proof bar?+
A zero-proof bar serves cocktails made without alcohol — using zero-proof spirits, fresh ingredients, and craft techniques — so drinks look, taste, and feel like cocktails, with 0.0% alcohol.
What is kava?+
Kava is a traditional drink from the Pacific Islands made from the root of the kava plant, enjoyed for centuries in social and ceremonial settings. Seeps prepares and serves kava at events as part of our drinks menu, and lists it clearly so guests can choose.
What are adaptogens?+
Adaptogens are plant and mushroom ingredients — such as ashwagandha, reishi, lion's mane, and rhodiola — traditionally used in herbal practice. Seeps uses them as drink ingredients for flavor and ritual; we don't make medical claims, and every drink lists its ingredients.
Do you serve alcohol at all?+
No. Seeps is a fully zero-proof bar. That's the point: one menu, every guest included.

Do you bring your own bar setup?+
Yes. Seeps is fully mobile: bar, bartenders, ingredients, ice, glassware or cups, garnish, and cleanup are included.

How far in advance should I book?+
Weddings and peak-season weekends book 4–8 weeks out. Reach out as early as you can — and always ask, because calendars surprise us.
